Aquafit Fit & Aqua Aerobics classes for the Severely Overweight
If you are severely overweight and would like to take part in aqua exercise in a sensitive environment with other severely overweight patients you may wish to visit The Bramley Hill Centre, Croydon CR2 6LX.
On Tuesday nights there is an Aquafit class (£9.00) and on Thursday nights there is an Aqua Aerobics class (£9.00). Possibility of Wednesday night classes in the near future.
