Repeat Prescriptions

medication4We require two working days to prepare your repeat prescription so please ensure you have enough medication to last. You can request a repeat by clicking the online ordering link above, ticking the computerised printout attached to your prescription, attending the surgery and filling out a form or faxing your request. If you require us to post it to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Please note that we are unable to accept repeat prescription requests over the phone to avoid confusion and the risk of mistakes being made.

If your medications are due for review (as indicated on the repeat slip) or you are asking for a new medication, your prescription may take more than two working days.

If you request your medications too early we may hold your request until your prescription is due. If you have requested your medication early because you are going away please let us know.
