Patient Rights

You have a right to expect a high standard of medical care from our practice, which we will strive to provide within the resources available. To help us do this it is your responsibility to ensure you follow medical advice given and to keep your appointments.

Occasionally the practice/patient relationship breaks down completely. In this situation the patient may choose to register with another practice, or the practice may remove the patient from our list. This would generally only happen after the patient had been given a warning and the situation had not been resolved.
