Named Accountable GP

The NHS has introduced the requirement that all patients, including children, have a named GP. You may have already been told who your named GP is over the last year or so. For those of you who haven't, GP's will be allocated in accordance with the first letter of your surname. Your named GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support provided by the practice. These responsibilities will be carried out within our opening hours and do not change the way patients currently access care outside of these hours.

This requirement does not mean that you will always have to see your named GP. As always you are free to see any GP or nurse within the practice.

Named GP                                                                     Surname Group

Dr Paul Nunn                                                                  A B C D E F

Dr Rosamund Sen                                                           G H I J K L M

For ease and clarity we have allocated patients alphabetically but you are able to request a particular named GP and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
